Meningioma clinical-molecular dataset from a single-institution retrospective study in Kuwait

This dataset accompanies the study “Molecular and histopathological landscape of 131 meningiomas: a retrospective institutional study with insights from cIMPACT-NOW,” currently under review at Frontiers in Oncology. It contains anonymized clinicopathological and molecular data for 131 patients with surgically resected meningiomas from a single tertiary center in Kuwait. The dataset includes: Demographic data (age, sex) Tumor location and WHO histologic grade Histological subtype and features (e.g., mitotic counts, brain invasion) Genetic alterations identified by targeted next-generation sequencing (NF2, TRAF7, TERT, CDKN2A/B, etc.) Radiological and surgical information Recurrence status and available follow-up data This dataset is intended to support transparency and reproducibility in meningioma research and to provide region-specific data from an underrepresented population.
