Differences in the transcriptional profile of the menigococcal strains MC58 and α710 were compared upon growth in RPMI and on adhesion to FaDu cells (Human nasopharyngeal cells) Overall design: Common reference design, MC58 and α710 grown in RPMI and adherent MC58 and α710. Aliquots from the individual samples made the common reference pool. Two replicates per array.
