rTMS treatment outcomes dataset

This dataset accompanies a prospective observational study examining associations between anger expression styles, somatic symptoms, pain, and clinical outcomes in 30 adults with unipolar major depressive disorder (MDD) who received 20 sessions of high-frequency (20 Hz) left DLPFC rTMS. Pre- and post-treatment measures include depression severity (HAMD), anxiety (HAMA), somatic symptom burden (PHQ-15), pain (VAS), quality of life (SF-12), and trait/state anger dimensions (STAXI). Sociodemographic and clinical variables (illness duration, prior treatment history, smoking/alcohol use, family psychiatric history) are also included. All data have been anonymised; no directly identifying information is present.
