It contains five atlas bundles used for registration, visualization, and testing within DART. Each atlas directory includes: label.nrrd — integer-labeled region map reference.nrrd — the corresponding template/reference volume names_dict.csv — mapping from label IDs to region names Usage: download and extract so the folder structure is DART_REPO_ROOT/atlases/<five subfolders>/ and then run DART (e.g., python -m dart). These atlases are part of the DART package distribution and are needed for normal use, unit tests (pytest), and the demo interface (python -m dart.demo).
