qRT-PCR+RNA seq FPKM

qRT–PCR detection of the DE-mRNAs, DE-lncRNAs, DE-miRNAs, and DE-circRNAs after H37Rv or H37Rv△1759c infection. The expression levels of DE-mRNAs (CCL20, CXCL20, and IFIT1) (A), DE-lncRNAs (ENST00000647388, ENST00000445682, and ENST00000666623) , DE-miRNAs (hsa-miR-1268a hsa-miR-1271–5p and hsa-miR-4638–5p) and DE-circRNAs (hsa_circ_036051, hsa_circ_041934, hsa_circ_065432) were validated by qRT–PCR. The expression levels of these differentially expressed genes relative to the control cell after H37Rv or H37RvΔ1759c infection were calculated by FPKM values .
