Gene expression profile of Fcrls+/CD11b+/Ly6C- microglia from the brain II

We used bulk RNA sequencing to investigate the molecular signature of microglia affected by microglia-specific APOE isoform (APOE3 vs. APOE4) in both WT and P301S mice Fcrls+/CD11b+/Ly6C- microglia were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using Smartseq2 RNAseq.本研究采用批量RNA测序技术，探究野生型（Wild Type, WT）与P301S小鼠中，受小胶质细胞特异性载脂蛋白E（APOE）亚型（APOE3与APOE4）影响的小胶质细胞的分子特征。研究人员通过荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS）分离得到Fcrls+/CD11b+/Ly6C-表型的小胶质细胞，并使用Smartseq2 RNA测序技术对其进行分析。
