We used bulk RNA sequencing to investigate the molecular signature of microglia affected by microglia-specific APOE isoform (APOE3 vs. APOE4) in both WT and P301S mice Fcrls+/CD11b+/Ly6C- microglia were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using Smartseq2 RNAseq.
