Way induction of callusogenesis in sugar sorghum (Sorghum saccharatum) includes use of donor plants， introduction of steriles into sterile culture， sterilization of the material， preparation of agar nutrient media Murashige and Skuga， cultivation in the dark and in the light at room temperature 24 ± 2 ° C， with a photoperiod length of 16 hours， rooting of regenerants. As an explant use sugar sorghum seeds， which are sterilized with a 35% solution of linen at an exposure of 45 minutes， segments of petioles and leaf blades are planted on nutrient medium， to which are added: BAP - 0.8-1.0 mg / l， kinetin - 0.5 mg / l， 2，4-D - 0.5 mg / l， sucrose - 30.0 g / l， and for rooting IOC - 0.5 mg / l and NOC - 0.5 mg / l.
