<p>BHK-21 cell culture seeded on Ibidi dish, infected with equine arteritis virus (EAV) (MOI 1), imaged by holotomographic microscopy (3D Cell Explorer, Nanolive). Quantitative refractive index maps were acquired using a 520 nm low-power laser and reconstructed into 3D tomograms with STEVE software. Imaging was performed label-free at 10-minute intervals over 24 hours post infection enabling time-lapse visualization of virus-induced changes in cell morphology and intracellular refractive index distribution.</p>
