This dataset comes from the International Organization for Migration (IOM)s displacement tracking matrix (DTM) publicly accessible API, designed to provide data collected by DTM to the humanitarian community, academia, media, government, and non-governmental organizations. The dataset includes non-sensitive IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) figures aggregated at various subnational administrative levels in Benin, with each row representing observations at the subnational administrative unit level. Curated by Electric Sheep Africa into ML-ready Parquet format, the dataset is split into training and test sets. It includes geographic, temporal, outcome measurement variables, among others, and comes with detailed notes on data cleaning and limitations.
