Gastrointestinal Lesions in Regular Colonoscopy (GLRC) dataset

This dataset comprises ground truth and features extracted from a colonoscopy video database of gastrointestinal lesions. Ground truth was modeled by experts through image inspection and histological analysis. Furthermore, the dataset contains 76 samples, with two different lighting conditions treated as one feature category, and a total of 699 features. The tasks of this dataset include dimensionality reduction and classification.
