12 recreational athletes with hamstring muscle tightness were recruited and randomly assigned to the two groups. The first group received hot pack along with the static stretching while the second group received cold pack along with stretching, for consecutive fourteen days. Evaluation was done using shear wave ultrasonography, passive straight leg raise and sit and reach test. Readings were taken at the baseline and at the fourteen days.
招募了12名患有大腿后肌群紧张症状的休闲运动员,并将他们随机分配至两组。第一组在静态拉伸的同时接受热水袋治疗,而第二组则在拉伸的同时接受冷敷治疗,连续十四天。评估采用剪切波超声成像、被动直腿抬高测试和坐位体前屈测试进行。分别在基线阶段和第十四天进行数据采集。
