Seizure Risk with Locally Delivered Therapy for Glioma: An Excess Largely Absent from the Published Record

Code, data and the frozen registry snapshot for the manuscript "Seizure Risk with Locally Delivered Therapy for Glioma: An Analysis of Registry-Posted Results from 462 Trials" — a cross-sectional, meta-epidemiological analysis of the arm-level adverse-event results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov for interventional adult glioma trials, reported following PRISMA 2020 and its harms extension. Contents: the cached ClinicalTrials.gov snapshot (frozen 2 September 2026), the arm-level analysis dataset (1,152 arms / 462 trials) after the duplicated-denominator correction, all extraction and analysis code, the submitted manuscript (Neuro-Oncology version, and the CNS Drugs version derived from it), Tables 1-2 and S1-S5, figure code, the full adjudication table, and the registered PROSPERO protocol (CRD420261495501, retrospectively registered). The pipeline rebuilds every reported number from the snapshot and was verified end-to-end from a clean extraction before upload. Licence: code MIT; data and documentation CC BY 4.0.
