Results from a Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) for corticosterone vs control samples.

Size indicates the number of genes in both the gene set and the expression dataset. The enrichment score (ES) reflects the degree to which a gene set is overrepresented in a list of genes. The normalized enrichment score (NES) accounts for differences in gene set size; this is the primary result of the GSEA. Leading edge genes drive the enrichment score. P values are adjusted using a Benjamini-Hochberg correction. (XLSX)
