A Position Statement on World Quantum Theory and Its Extended Frameworks

This paper provides a systematic position statement on the World Quantum Theory (WQT), the Frequency World Theory (FWT), the Original Space Theory (OST), and their associated papers. We state that this theoretical framework is not a description of ultimate truth about nature, but a set of operable, revisable, and falsifiable scaffolding and toys. It is a response to the Buddha's invitation — "come and see for yourself" — and a provisional summary report along the path of observation. This paper also critiques two forms of doctrinal hardening: the Eastern hardening of the Buddha's invitation into absolute doctrines (Theravada and Mahayana), and the Western claim that science is objective reality (scientism). We point out that both are structurally the same kind of act — substituting tools for truth, and substituting observation for belief.
