Transcriptome analysis of Didymella segeticola treated with Griseofulvin by RNA-seq

Didymella segeticola is a pathogen that causes tea leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Tea plant have been widely grown in Guizhou province, China and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. The antibiotic Griseofulvin could inhibit Didymella segeticola, but the antifungal mechanism is not well understood. This RNA-seq data will be great helpful to study the antifungal mechanism of Griseofulvin against Didymella segeticola
