The samples submitted in this study include the experimental results of Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-seq) performed on human embryonic lung fibroblast cell line (MRC-5). The primary objective of these experiments is to investigate the expression profiles of downstream target genes regulated by the acetylation modification of relevant proteins, histone H4K12 lactylation modification during the progression of pulmonary fibrosis.
