Models fitted with level-2 EUNIS-ESy habitat category for "Sixty years of plant community change in Europe indicate a shift towards nutrient-richer and denser vegetation"

This repository contains the model outputs used in our study “Sixty years of plant community change in Europe indicate a shift towards nutrient-richer and denser vegetation” for models using level-2 EUNIS-ESy habitat categories as predictors. This repository is a companion repository reportin main model results and predictions (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18266902). The R code and additional data required to reproduce the analyses are available in the main GitHub repository: https://github.com/gmidolo/interpolated_EIV_change. Please note: The original raw vegetation data from the European Vegetation Archive (EVA) and ReSurveyEurope are not directly deposited here. Access to these complete original datasets, and their use for additional publications, is permissible only following acceptance from the EVA Coordinating Board (more information). Importantly, models and predictions stored here uses original `plot_id` values from EVA and ReSurveyEurope data, while plot identifiers in GitHub are modified / anonymized.These files are stored in the data/models/ESy2models folder.
