RB-TnSeq data for <i>Phocaeicola vulgatus</i> CL09T03C04 and 8 carbon sources

This data set includes randomly-barcoded transposon sequencing data (RB-TnSeq) for <i>Phocaeicola vulgatus</i> CL09T03C04 growing in a defined medium with eight different carbon sources. The data can also be viewed interactively at the Fitness Browser.
