Dataset and Analytic codes for The Role of Perceived Quality of Life in Public's Acceptability of Supply- and Demand-Side CO2 Emission Reduction Strategies

This is the repository for the datasets and R analytic codes for the paper entitled The Role of Perceived Quality of Life in Public’s Acceptability of Supply- and Demand-Side CO2 Emission Reduction Strategies by Chao Qin, Anne van Valkengoed, and Linda Steg The dataset files are cleaned data single strategy.csv cleaned data forced choice.csv They are cleaned datasets post elimination (see paper for elimination procedures). The Data Dictionary document explains the columns in the datasets. The analytic code files R are analysis forced choice.r analysis single strategy.r analysis combined dataset.r Note, before using the analytic codes from "analysis combined dataset.r," the datasets need to be merged outside of R (e.g., using excel).
