资源简介:

This study employs high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing to characterize the composition, diversity, and dynamics of microbial communities within a defined environment. The primary goal is to identify and compare the relative abundances of bacterial and archaeal taxa across different sample groups (e.g., healthy vs. diseased states, treated vs. control, or different environmental conditions). By profiling this microbial "fingerprint," the study aims to uncover specific taxa or community structures that are associated with the experimental variables. The relevance of this work lies in its power to generate hypotheses about the functional role of the microbiota in host health, ecosystem function, or industrial processes. Insights gained from this analysis can inform subsequent mechanistic studies, identify biomarkers for diagnosis or monitoring, and guide interventions aimed at modulating the microbiome for therapeutic or beneficial outcomes.
