Genome-wide CRISPR inhibition screens in WT and SP110 KO in human RPE1 cells +/- innate immune stimulation with ppp-RNA identifies SP110 as a negative regulator of SP100-induced genotoxicity. RNA sequencing demonstrates the relationship between SP110 and SP100 is not dependent on global transcriptional changes.
