The dataset contains polygons representing zoning districts, as submitted to the DC Office of Zoning, created for the DC Office of Zoning (DCOZ). Zoning districts were identified from official adopted zoning and unofficial zoning documents and heads-up digitized from the 1995 orthophotographs. All data is stored and exported in Maryland State Plane coordinates NAD 83 meters.
