Transcriptome data of pitaya under cold stress

We subjected cuttings of two different pitaya varieties to low-temperature treatment, and sampled them at 0 h, 3 h, 6 h, and 12 h after the initiation of low-temperature treatment for transcriptome sequencing. Among them, NH is a cold-tolerant variety, and KX is a cold-sensitive variety.
