This data was use to examine the relationship between green innovation, digital finance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in Chinese and European business practices. Employing a decade-long dataset from 496 companies, we conduct a comparative analysis using comprehensive financial and firm-specific metrics.
