Open, sourced data on Europe's semiconductor supply chain in the EU-27, the UK, Switzerland and Norway: 127 wafer-fab records at 101 operator campuses, 44 back-end (assembly, test and packaging) sites, 89 equipment sites, and EU research-grant contributions for 54 operators from CORDIS. Every record carries source URLs and a verification date; ownership, funding and capacity carry field-level sources. Funding amounts are recorded approvals, not payments.
