Genomic footprinting of Escherichia coli in presence of amino acids

Here, we used genomic footprinting to comprehensively map the genome-wide regulatory responses of Escherichia coli to exogenous leucine, methionine, alanine, and lysine. Sequencing data are from genomic footprinting experiments using the IPOD-HR method. For each sample, a RNA polymerase ChIP-seq was performed, as well as sequencing of global protein occupancy and sequencing of input DNA.
