This work focuses on solid-state rare-earth hydrogen storage alloys with low hysteresis and high pulverization resistance, as well as their preparation and applications. By adjusting the Co content at the B-site of the alloy, the energy barrier for stepwise phase transitions is reduced, which significantly mitigates the hydrogen absorption/desorption plateau pressure hysteresis effect and improves the pulverization resistance of the alloys. The dataset includes detailed records of PCT curves of the relevant materials, comparisons of pulverization conditions, steady-state thermal analysis (ETA) results for corroborating thermodynamic phase transition behaviors and conducting mechanism analysis. The total data volume is 39.10 MB.
