This dataset contains the effective connectivity models optimized from FORCE learning on functional calcium imaging datasets of control and preseizure brain states. There are models for N=3 zebrafish, which contain baseline and preseizure states (6 total models, whole-brain cellular scale resolution); N=3 models from dentate gyrus granule cells acquired from chronically epileptic mice; N=3 models from dentate gyrus granule cells acquired from control mice.
