Data accompanying the manuscript "Mouse sensorimotor cortex reflects complex kinematic details during reaching and grasping" by Harrison A Grier, Sohrab Salimian, and Matthew T Kaufman published at eLife. Dataset contains 10 MATLAB .mat files with single-trial two-photon imaging and forelimb reaching kinematics from M1 and S1 from 5 mice. Dataset includes 1 .mat file with event timing information and 2 .mat files with single-trial forelimb kinematics during optogenetic inactivations of M1.
