Soil microbiomes across Ethiopian Landscapes

Ethiopian landscape has undergone significant land use changes during the past centuries as the large proportion of natural forests have been converted to other land use types, however, we know very little how these changes of land use types affect the soil microbiome and its associated soil ecosystem functions. The studied land use types include the natural forest, eucalyptus, grassland, exclosure and cropland.
