We generated transcriptional profiles in fasted GRflox; LysM-Cre+/- (GRMAC) mice and littermate controls (GRflox). We subjected female GRflox; LysM-Cre+/- (GRMAC) mice and littermate controls (GRflox) to a fast starting at the onset of the mouse active phase, ZT12, and after 8h livers were collected for RNA-seq analyses.
