Priming treatments for Manila clam for heat stress resilience

The project aims to test the efficacy of different priming treatments (hydrogen peroxide chemical priming, 30C thermal priming, mixed priming). Assesment of transcriptomic responses was done via RNA-seq, and evaluation of microbial community was done via 16S amplicon sequencing.
