In this study, the splenic lymphocytes of African ostrich chicks were taken as the object of study, and the relevant transcriptome information was obtained by RNA-Seq technology. The purpose of this study was to provide reference for the study of boron regulation mechanism on immune function of peripheral immune organs and provide theoretical support for the study of boron function.
