<strong>Supplemental table 1. </strong> Source data for MRG-1::3xHA co-IP mass spectrometry. Anti-HA co-immunoprecipitations (co-IPs) targeting MRG-1::3xHA with subsequent LFQ mass spectrometry (IP-MS) to determine MRG-1 protein interactions. Wildtype (N2) with no HA tag was used as a negative control to eliminate background and mrg-1::3xHA (CRISPR/Cas9 generated) strain was used to identify MRG-1-interacting proteins. Enrichment of MRG-1 and its interaction partners between the IP and the control samples and their corresponding adjusted p value are listed. Statistics: t-test, adjusted P-value of 0.05 as false discovery rate cut-off.
