Data collected for "Paleohormones: A New Biomolecular Perspective on Archaeological Bone"

This contains the LC-MS/MS data obtained for the steroid quantification in archaeological bone using a QTrap 6500+ Sciex instrument. It contains the raw files (.wiff/.wiff.scan) and the processed results files from OS Sciex (.qsession), where the concentration of ng/mL was quantified using calibration line and added internal standards. In the associated publication we report the concentration (in pg/g bone) for testosterone and progesterone in femur and rib samples. Two main datasets were used and are associated with the Figures and Tables herein included. More information is given in the .txt files which accompany each folder.本数据集包含采用SCIEX QTrap 6500+型仪器开展考古骨骼类固醇定量分析所获得的液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）原始数据。 数据集涵盖两类文件：一是原始数据文件（格式为.wiff/.wiff.scan），二是通过SCIEX OS软件处理后生成的结果文件（格式为.qsession）；本次定量分析借助校准曲线与内标法，以ng/mL为单位计算目标物浓度。 在相关发表文献中，我们报告了股骨与肋骨样本中睾酮（testosterone）和孕酮（progesterone）的浓度，单位为pg/g骨重。 本数据集包含两个核心子集，二者分别对应本文附带的全部图表与表格内容。每个配套文件夹内的.txt文件中提供了更多详细说明。
