Members of Kiwifruit pyllosphere microbiome Genome sequencing and assembly

The epiphytic bacteria from kiwifruit phyllopshere was cultured from an orchard in Te Kaha, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand to charecterise the phyllosphere comunity composition and potential antagonism towards the pathogen Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae.
