Site Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at 10 Brick Street, Derby, July 2024

This collection comprises images, site records, and CAD data from an archaeological evaluation at 10 Brick Street, Derby. Work was undertaken by Archaeological Research Services in July 2024, ahead of proposed building development. The excavation of two trenches within the site boundary identified a series of levelling deposits and two phases of building dating from the 18-19th century. There was no clear evidence relating to the presence of the projected roman road, Ryknield street, in the western area of the proposed development.
