Crotalus durissus terrificus plasma proteome

Little is known about the plasma proteome of snakes, which may provide valuable biomarkers for health monitoring and novel therapeutic applications. This study aimed to characterize the plasma proteome of healthy adult Crotalus durissus terrificus snakes to establish a molecular baseline for physiological assessment and potential diagnostic use.目前学界对蛇类血浆蛋白质组（plasma proteome）的认知仍较为有限，该蛋白质组可作为健康监测的关键生物标志物（biomarker），并具备新型治疗应用的潜力。本研究旨在对健康成年南美响尾蛇（Crotalus durissus terrificus）的血浆蛋白质组开展表征分析，以期为生理评估与潜在诊断应用建立标准化分子基准。
