ChIP-seq for endogenously C-terminally tagged Setd5 with a 3xFLAG-HA tag. For each replicate of 100 million ESCs were harvested and cross linked in 1.5mM EGS and 1.5% PFA digested with MNase and mildly sonicated to achieve mono-di-tri nucleosome fragmented chromatin. Antibody: HA-tag (12CA5) from Roche 11583816001, lot no. 25621800.
