The 2-PM Vessel is an open-source volumetric cerebrovascular dataset acquired via two-photon microscopy at the Sunnybrook Institute (affiliated with the University of Toronto; Drs. The dataset contains a total of 12 volumetric stacks, including images of the mouse cerebrovascular system and tumor vascular system.
