Vps34-deficient dendertic cell RNA-seq

The class III phosphoinositide 3-kinase vacuolar protein sorting 34 (Vps34) is a key early player in autophagy and other cellular processes, including endocytosis and intracellular vesicular trafficking. In this study, we sequenced the Vps34-deficient dendritic cells, as well as the WT dendritic cells to gain more insight into the role of Vps34 in dendritic cell function.
