Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) State Programmatic General Permit (2012-present)

The date(s) displayed in the details section on our Open Data Portal is based on the last date the metadata was updated and not the refresh date of the data itself.* Statewide coverage of Permit Application Tracking System/PA for permits processed by the Environmental Resource Permitting or Beaches and Coastal Systems programs and which are eligible for the State Programmatic General Permit (SPGP). The SPGP, when issued, authorizes the permitted project on behalf of both the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps). Projects that are denied the SPGP or not eligible for it require a separate application to the Corps. Activities that may be eligible are shoreline stabilization, boat ramps, docks, derelict vessel removal, and scientific devices. Ineligible activities are not included in this layer.
