Deciphering microbiome dynamics in the banana Fusarium wilt bioagents interaction system

To study the dynamics of microbiome in the banana Fusarium wilt bioagent interaction system,a list of five different combinations of bio control agents were treated to the banana plants cv. GrandNain @50g/plant in the in Fusarium wilt sick field at Falka village, Katihar, Bihar-India at four differenttime intervals viz., i) one week before planting as a bio priming ii) at the time of planting, iii) 2 nd monthafter planting, iv) 4 th month after planting. The field experiment were conducted in a randomized blockdesign (RBD) and ten replications per treatment was maintained.
