建筑业项目竞争力评价模型

基于建筑业企业的独特属性与发展阶段特征，融合行业竞争力发展趋势，搭建建筑业项目竞争力评价体系，通过从企业规模、企业资质、盈利能力、偿债能力与杠杆水平、资金占用、营运能力、获现能力等维度归集数据，运用熵权法及多元线性回归方法，综合构建建筑业项目竞争力评价模型。该模型通过计算得出单个申报项目的综合评分，综合评分为正向指标，数值越大综合资质越优，以此作为业务受理时的参考依据。

Based on the unique attributes and development stage characteristics of construction enterprises, combined with the development trends of industry competitiveness, a construction project competitiveness evaluation system is established. Data is collected from multiple dimensions including enterprise scale, enterprise qualification, profitability, solvency and leverage level, capital occupation, operating capability, and cash generation capability. An integrated construction project competitiveness evaluation model is comprehensively constructed using the entropy weight method and multiple linear regression. This model calculates the comprehensive score of a single declared project, where the comprehensive score is a positive indicator: the higher the value, the better the comprehensive qualification, which serves as a reference basis for business acceptance.
