To investigate the genome-wide transcription targets of PSMD14-NSD2 complex and to explore the gain-of-function of PSMD14-NSD2 complex in multiple myeloma, cleavage under targets and tagmentation (CUT&Tag) was performed in LP-1 cells using antibodies against PSMD14 or NSD2.
