收藏资源简介:
Raw data collected by the vertical tracking microscope to obtain sedimentation rates of Sundstroemia setigera.Images and X,Y,Z stage coordinates were recorded at a frame rate of 10 frames per second. 11 tracks ranging from 20 seconds to 60 seconds were collected. All tracks were processed using the Gravity Machine Analysis Scripts developed in Krishnamurthy et al. These scripts use particle imaging velocimetry to extract the true 3D movements from the X,Y,Z coordinates of the stage and flow of the Latex beads in the wheel. In the archive is a python script titled “Plotting_Rhizo.py”. This script can be run to recreate both “AllTracks.png” and “SedimentationRates.png”. Each track has its own folder, titled YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS after the date and time that each track was collected. Inside each track folder there is a folder containing the raw images, labeled DF1. The repository contains the raw track, unprocessed, titled “YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_unprocessedtrack.csv”, the processed, or corrected track post PIV titled “YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_correctedtrack.csv”, and movie with a time-stamp and scale bar of the processed images titled “”YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.avi”, and a plot of the track (Z (mm) vs Time (s)) titled “YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.png”.
