Single nuclei RNA-seq of pediatric central nervous system tumors

We utilized single nuclei RNA-seq to characterize single cell gene expression profiles of 34 pediatric CNS tumors and 3 non-tumor pediatric brain tissue. The pediatric CNS tumor types included ependymomas, medulloblastoma/other embryonal tumors, glioneuronal/neuronal tumors, and schwannomas. Majority of the samples were multiplexed into combined 10X runs. Please refer to Supplementary Table 1 of Lee et al. for corresponding pool numbers and other relevant information for each sample.
