Cylas formicarius Raw sequence reads

Genomic and transcriptomic details about Cylas formicarius, especially its biosynthetic pathways and gene expression in different stages, have remained largely unknown until now. Due to the limitations of the genetic basis, we carry out a transcriptome study to systematically gauge molecular differences between the different stages of C. formicarius.
