Impact of soil salinity on the diversity and structure of microbial communities associated with walnut trees

This study investigated how soil salinity shapes the microbial communities associated with walnut tree roots using high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA. By analyzing rhizosphere soil and root samples, we aimed to understand microbial adaptation to salt stress and its implications for walnut health in saline agricultural soils.
