Microbial Time Series in an Engineered System

Here data from a two year time series of weekly samples collected from a full scale, nitrifying activated sludge system are collated. It includes generic wastewater chemistry and plant operational conditions, 16s sequencing and total bacterial, ammonia oxidising bacterial and virus abundances.Link to 16s sequencing data can be found in the readme file.
